Program Details:
Take your supervisory skills to the next level. This NEW Supervisiory Skills Series is designed for individuals who want to enhance or simply 'tune-up' their supervisory skills and who are in a work environment where teamwork and self-management are critical to success. This Series will also appeal to first line supervisors, managers and small business owners. Workshops have been carefully designed to be interactive, practical and highly relevant. Successful completion of six (6) one-day workshops is required for certification. Four (4) mandatory subjects can be completed in any order. Two optional electives can be chosen from a growing list of available workshops.
