The Training Group at Douglas College specializes in designing and delivering customized training and programs in:

Founded in 1992, The Training Group serves over 3,300 participants each year with career and workplace training solutions. Our innovative programs have received local, national and international awards, and we continue to create new training initiatives responsive to community needs.
We have developed successful programs tailored for individuals, business, government, industry and trades, and professional associations. Our partners include: Service Canada, BC Ministry of Economic Development, Bow Valley College, BC Road Builders & Heavy Construction Assn, BC Hydro, Hagan's Travel, Terasen Gas and several Lower Mainland School Districts and BC Colleges. The Training Group also works directly with 100's of Lower Mainland businesses and community agencies.

Training is delivered in multiple sites throughout the Lower Mainland, with the flexibility to provide services on and off-site. Our quality instructors also have years of experience in their field, providing industry-specific expertise to participants.
