Custodial & Building Services
The Building Services Workers are responsible for moving furniture and equipment within the College, cleaning spills and non-structural maintenance at both campuses.
The janitorial staff are responsible for cleaning and removing garbage from private offices at both the New Westminster and David Lam Campuses, once per week. Cleaning and waste removal occurs daily in public and open spaces only. There is a janitorial staff member assigned to each of the campuses during the daytime hours, ensuring washrooms are cleaned and well stocked.
