Chinese is one of the most commonly-spoken languages in the world, and has become a great asset for those working towards a career in business or international relations. With Chinese courses at Douglas College, you can explore the language and culture of China.
Douglas College Chinese courses are divided into two broad levels:
Basic - students with little to no knowledge of Chinese
Intermediate - students with some prior knowledge of Chinese
All students taking a Chinese course for the first time at Douglas College will be required to contact the instructor prior to registration for an assessment test. Students with no assessment prior to registration will be deregistered.
