Thank you for your interest in applying for employment teaching ESL with Douglas College .
Preferred applicants will meet the following criteria:
- Masters degree in TESL, or an equivalent degree in a relevant area with TESL training from a recognized program
- A minimum three years of ESL teaching experience, including two years in post-secondary ESL academic preparation courses (or equivalent)
- Previous experience with assessment, curriculum development and evaluation
