Fee payment
Payment of the course fee must accompany registration. If your cheque is returned to us by your bank for any reason, you will have to replace it with a certified cheque or cash and you will be charged an additional $20.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be issued if the College cancels a course.
A full refund, less a $15 processing fee will be issued if a written request for a refund is received by Continuing Education three working days prior to the start of any course.
No refund will be issued if course fees or the refund amount is less than $15.
Fees for materials, supplies, books, etc. are not eligible for refunds.
Special refund policies apply to courses where indicated. Check the policy when registering for your course.
In the event of course disruptions beyond the control of Douglas College resulting in course cancellation, fees will be refunded on a pro-rated basis depending on the number of classes scheduled before the disruption began.

What's new in Registration
- Continuing Education students can now view and print a statement of grades through the Douglas College Web site.
- Go to Application and Registration Services and "Login to Secure Area."
- Enter your nine digit student number.
- Enter your PIN which is your date of birth (ddmmyy) or, if we do not have your date of birth on file, enter the last six digits of your student number.
- follow the prompts to see your statement of grades.
- If at any point in this process you encounter difficulties, contact the Registrar's Information telephone line, during regular office hours, at 604-527-5478.
- Continuing Education students can order an official transcript by completing a Transcript Request From, available in the Registrar's Office. Official transcripts cost $5 per copy.
