Faculty of Health Sciences Continuing Education Program
In the Health Sciences Continuing Education program, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality distance, classroom and workplace-based education, training and services for people and organizations. We view training from a global perspective, training tomorrow's leaders today.
We believe professional development is an essential part of maintaining ongoing competency and skill training in health and human services fields. Our health courses, programs and customized training are designed to meet the learning needs of the future as identified by professionals, paraprofessionals, health care workers and employers.

Certificate Programs
Credential earned: Certificate
Certificate programs are a cluster of courses with defined learning outcomes and evaluative components. A minimum grade of 60 percent is required in each course. A Douglas College Continuing Education Certificate is issued upon successful completion. Courses may ladder or act as prerequisites to other education courses and programs.
