Employee Development: Alive and Well at Douglas CollegeDouglas College offers a diverse employee development program to its employees. Six different but interconnected planning groups develop professional development and training programs and services for the College employee group as a whole, as well as PD that is targeted toward specific groups. Together, these PD groups form the Employee Development Coordinating Committee.
