Basic StepSimple moves, approximately 30 min., followed by strengthening, balancing & stretching. Register now online
Kick BoxThe workout focuses on punches, kicks, drills and some choreographed movement. All moves are done with precision to improve your cardio, strength, balance, flexibility and more. Register now online
Interval ChallengeAlternate fast/slow movements; cardio is done on steps or floor, alternating with weights/bands for strength component. Register now online
PilatesThe program focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Register now online
