The CEIT Help Desk is a virtual Help Desk, which means we have technical support staff available to help you by telephone or email, Monday to Saturday. Contact us at 604.527. 5330 or helpdesk@douglascollege.ca. For more information about CEIT hours of service and service counter locations, please check the Hours and Locations web page.
When you visit us at any of our CEIT service counter locations, or contact us by phone or email, please have your student number or ID card handy. If you call us during regular operating hours, you will have a choice to speak with one of our technical support staff or to leave a detailed message with your request. If you call us after regular operating hours, your message on the voice mailbox will be handled the following business day in priority sequence. Please include your full name and contact information when leaving a message.
