Microsoft Word is the word processing application supported by the College and used to create a wide range of documents for online and print use. From handouts to proposals, Word's many powerful features help you create documents that are professional and visually appealing.

Word: What's new and different?
Microsoft Office 2007 has a distinctive look and feel when it is compared to Office 2003. Explore these differences, learn where to find the tools you are accustomed to using and, very importantly, how to save so others can open your documents.
Word: Essentials I
New to MS Word 2007? In this workshop, get an overview of Word's new interface. Then learn to create, format, and customize documents and simple tables using Words built-in features. Your will also discover how to insert graphic elements into documents and use keyboard shortcuts to increase your workflow.

Making labels in Word 2007 is quick and simple. In this workshop we will create labels for a variety of purposes, and discover how easy it is to create and maintain mailing lists then merge that information to your mailing labels. Bring information you can use for your mailing lists.

Merging addresses with letters and labels is a quick and simple operation in Word 2007. In this workshop we will create labels for a variety of purposes, and discover how easy it is to create and maintain mailing lists then merge that information to your letters or mailing labels. Bring information you can use for your mailing lists.
