Application for graduation
Students who currently have courses in progress
Students who are currently enrolled in courses that are needed to meet graduation requirements must verify successful completion of those courses before being eligible to graduate. If you are not eligible to graduate, then you must re-apply for graduation once you are enrolled in your final semester.
Be on time - avoid the late fee!
It's important to submit your Application for Graduation before the designated deadline date. The deadline to apply for the 2012 Winter Graduation is September 30, 2011. For 2012 Summer Graduation the deadline is January 30, 2012.
You must pay a late fee of $25 for submissions after the deadline dates.
(Note: Late fee payments are accepted until December 15 for the Winter ceremonies and April 15 for the June ceremonies. After the final deadline date, all applications will be forwarded to the next graduation.)
